Paralegal
Talia joined Clarence Family Law as a Paralegal in September 2025. She graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2022 with First-Class Honours in English, before completing the PGDL at the University of Law, where she achieved a Distinction.
She went on to obtain a Distinction in her Master’s in Law, writing her dissertation on whether parental alienation should be recognised in UK law. This research deepened her interest in family law and inspired her to pursue a career in the field. She has since passed both Solicitors Qualifying Examinations.
Talia has gained valuable experience in family law, including client meetings, drafting prenuptial agreements, attending financial settlement hearings, and undertaking detailed legal research.
