Fees

Fees:
  • We offer a city level service at very competitive rates.
  • We want you to be in control of your legal costs, without any nasty surprises.
  • We will arrange an initial, no obligation 30-minute consultation for all qualifying new clients – usually via video link but this can be arranged in person. [*Please note after 30 minutes, time is charged at her hourly rate].
  • Transparent costs estimates will be provided at the outset and throughout your matter setting out the likely costs you will face.
  • In some instances, fixed fees can be arranged
  • Invoices are usually sent monthly, to assist in financial planning and budgeting around other costs and outgoings
  • Each invoice will include a breakdown of the tasks undertaken and time spent on your case
  • Please note that VAT (currently 20%) will be added to any invoice unless you are VAT exempt.
  • If appropriate, we can help you source legal fee funding by way of a litigation loan or from your spouse/partner via the court.
Note: We will never notify you of a change of bank account details by email, so please do not make payment to an alternative bank or bank account even if asked to do so in an email that appears to have originated from this Form. If you receive an email informing you that our bank account details have changed, please contact helen.wilby@clarencefamilylaw.co.uk as soon as possible.
