Associate Solicitor
Emma is an Associate Solicitor who joined Clarence Family Law in 2023 having completed her training contract with Irwin Mitchell. She specialises in all areas of family law, with experience in complex financial matters, Schedule 1, private children (including relocation matters) and cases involving domestic abuse.
Emma is a member of Resolution, and she strives to reach an amicable and cost-effective solution where possible. Emma has arranged and attended many private FDR and arbitration hearings since joining the firm.

- Representing the applicant mother in a successful leave to remove application to Canada.
